Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Welcome to the shipping and delivery information page. Here you can get acquainted with useful information on the terms and conditions of our merchandise delivery.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to your location. Once you place an order the product will be delivered to you within 10 (ten) to 14 (fourteen) working days depending on your location. We use the best couriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. There are instances beyond our control, where an order may be delivered post 14 (fourteen) working days. When these anomalies occur, we commit to continuously keep you updated on the status thereof.
- Once we dispatch your order, you will receive a notification (depending on the preference you choose, email or text message) with the necessary information relating to your order i.e. tracking number and instructions on how to track your order. We commit to keeping you informed about your order until it is delivered to you. Please take note that there may be instances where an order can be delayed due to national holidays, strikes, weather, custom clearance and so forth. In these situations, we commit to keep you informed and updated on the status thereof.
- It is important to provide accurate and detailed shipping information when placing your order. KEXAZ Designs will not be held responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipment information supplied by any customer in the ordering process.
- For international deliveries, all custom fees and taxes are to be paid by the customer. Please note that your shipment might get delayed at custom clearance or inspection. In these situations, we commit to inform you and to keep you updated on the status thereof as soon as we are notified of such delays.
- All orders are processed Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Should you have any queries or special delivery requests, please do not hesitate to contact us.
