Returns and Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping at KEXAZ Designs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from us, please notify us by email at within 30 (thirty) business days from the day you received it.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for a return. The item you are returning must be in its original packaging. Your purchased item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Kindly note that there will be no returns or refunds allowed on items marked Sale, or items purchased during sale periods such as Cyber Mondays and Black Friday. Furthermore, no returns or refunds will be allowed on items such as, but not limited to, earrings due to hygiene reasons.

We will evaluate your returned item after we receive it and notify you that it has been received. After checking the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate your refund to your original method of payment. The refund process might take 5-7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.

Should the item being returned need to be collected from you, the shipping costs will be deducted from the original purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the incorrect item is delivered to you (i.e., not the item you purchased), please do not remove the item from its original packaging, or open or use the item in any way. Kindly send us an email and we will correct the mistake by collecting the item in your possession and delivering the correct item to you as soon as possible.

If you have placed an order with us and would like to cancel such an order, you may do so within 2 (two) hours of purchase. Kindly email us at with your contact number, order number and the reason for the cancellation.
